Living A Spiritual Life: Walking the Talk

For Yoga Teachers of All Traditions & Dedicated Practitioners

B&J in Labrynth.jpg

As yoga teachers, we share the practices of asana, pranayama, and meditation with our students, and show them how to take those teachings off the mat and into daily life. If we can't find balance and connection to Source in our own lives, how can we authentically inspire others?

Explore how to live from the qualities of the heart with commitment and dedicated practice so you can recognize your interconnection with all that is and allow that connection to reveal itself in every aspect of your life.

This program focuses on the innate qualities of generosity, morality, renunciation, wisdom, energy, patience, truthfulness, determination, loving-kindness, and equanimity. Our time together includes, teachings, practice and conversation about how to integrate these qualities into our lives as human beings and as teachers.

Come discover how the whole world benefits when we align with a balanced and contented mind and live from an awakened heart.

This program may be taken as part of Kripalu's 1000-Hour Teacher Training or as a standalone program.
